How does the PC Suggestor work?
We use complex algorithms to figure out what is the best option possible for your needs and budget. We take in consideration multiple factors including: pieces compatibilities, sizes, TDP, speeds, etc. in order to suggest the most optimal build.

How long would it take for my order to be completed?
Upon placing an order, we will order all the required parts 1 to 2 business days after. After receiving all the parts, our team will assemble your computer and immediately ship it to your address. Typically, we ship out orders 5-7 business days after the initial order. Keep in mind that this may take longer depending on the arrival of every computer part. Should a problem arise, we will contact you to inform you of any delays (Defective parts, damaged parts on arrival, etc.)

Are the prices shown higher than MSRP?
Provided links are affiliate links. We do receive compensation upon ordering. However, the prices that appear are in no way affected by the fact that we are using affiliate links.

What if I'm not satisfied?
If you receive your computer and you are not satisfied, get in touch with us. If we are unable to fix the issue with you, we accept returns 7 days after receiving your new computer. You will be provided with all the receipts necessary to register all your parts on the manufacturer's website in order to have their warranty. Shall a hardware issue appear after the return window, we will guide you through the process of sending an RMA request for the faulty unit with the manufacturer.

What if I have special requests for my build?
When ordering, you will have the option to send us a note. We will do our best to accomodate your requests. In some cases (such as extra RGB or AiO coolers), additional fees will be incurred. We will communicate with you at that point and we'll come to an agreement!
